photomosaics, rewrite rules and the tubgirl

I learned that a lot of girls on myspace use my photomosaics from ImagePuzzler to make their sites nice and ‘cool’. The problem is that they do it by hotlinking and that these images are very large in size and cause a lot of traffic on my server.

So I decided to write a RewriteRule for apache to redirect them to another image that doesn’t suck that much bandwidth. After a couple of secondes thinking about it I decided to redirect to the famous Tubgirl [linking to the Wikipedia article, no worry].

I will switch on the RewriteRule this evening. For your pleasure, here are some of the questionable pages from myspace:
