Not that I would be able to count all the new features of and news about plazes. but here is a first try:
- support of google maps in nearly all search functions
- the new where is feature, covering a complete info page about me (or you) including last and prefered plazes, options to contact me, etc.
- list plazes around you using google maps
- better interface to a lot of important features
- more than 6000 plazes discovered
- Joi Ito did it again
- a lot more
